A Day at Lincoln Middle School
Hi, it's Jake again! Bára often asks me about my school, so here is my school day.
I get up at 6:30. I usually have cereal and milk for breakfast. At 7:15, the yellow school bus stops in front of our house. The bus ride takes twenty minutes.
School starts at 7:50. First, I go to my locker. Every student has a locker for books and jackets. Then I go to homeroom. There, our teacher checks who is at school, and we listen to the news from the principal.
We have seven classes a day. My favorite class is science. I never sleep in science! Math is OK, but it's sometimes hard. Lunch is at 11:30 in the cafeteria. I usually have pizza or a sandwich.
School ends at 2:45. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I play soccer after school. I always do my homework after dinner. Bára says her school in Czechia starts at eight o'clock and ends at one or two. What about your school?
