Test four. Task one.
Number one point one.
So, Amy, have you decided what you want to study after high school?
My parents would love me to be a doctor, like my mom, but I faint when I see blood. Dad thinks law would suit me because I'm always arguing.
He's got a point!
Very funny. No, I've already sent my application to study journalism. I've been writing for the school magazine for three years, and it's what I really enjoy.

Welcome to the Grand Theater. Tonight's show will begin in twenty minutes. Because of repair work in the main hall, the front doors are closed this evening. All visitors are asked to go around the building and enter through the side door on Park Street. Tickets can still be bought at the box office there. We wish you a pleasant evening.

Number one point three.
There you are! The meeting started half an hour ago. Did you oversleep again?
No, I was up at six, believe it or not. I was at the station on time, but I realized I'd left my wallet at home. I ran back to get it, and when I got to the platform, the train was just leaving.
Why didn't you drive?
On a Monday morning? The traffic would have been even worse.

Number one point four.
Do you still play tennis on Wednesdays?
Not anymore. I hurt my shoulder in March, and the doctor told me to stop for a while. I tried yoga, but it was too slow for me.
So you don't do any sport now?
Oh, I do. I go to the pool three times a week. It's great for my shoulder, and I actually enjoy it more than tennis.

Number one point five.
Every two seconds, someone in this country needs blood. It may be a child with cancer, a mother after a difficult birth, or the victim of a car accident. Blood can't be made in a factory. It can only come from people like you. Giving blood takes less than an hour, it doesn't hurt much, and you get a free snack afterwards. So if you're over eighteen and healthy, please visit our donation center next to the city hospital this week. You could save up to three lives.
